"I have used Neil and his guys for well over 12 years. Unfortunately, my garage door decided to be difficult a month ago and the springs broke,trapping our vehicles inside, as our unit was pretty old. They came right out the next day and got it fixed up. Trenton was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain my options. Go figure, last Saturday the cables snapped so I had to call them back. They were out first thing Monday and once again Trenton clearly and kindly explained what happened this time as well as my options. We decided to go ahead and redo the whole system, which they got done this morning. Both Neil and Trenton are friendly, timely, do a thorough job, and I felt the price was fair considering the task.
