"Our CSI 'Panelmasta' garage door was installed 14 years ago by Harris Doors. One evening recently one of the major control springs failed (simply due to age) and a Harris Doors technician contacted me early the next morning and attended to our problem that same day. He was so polite, so personable, and so very quick and thorough that even though we were paying for it, both my wife and I enjoyed his visit! We were so impressed that I wrote a note of thanks and appreciation to Harris Doors. Over the years I have bought extra remote controls, had routine service done on the door, and the staff I have dealt with have, on each occasion, been unfailingly friendly and helpful. I must say that through my experience, apart from the quality of its products, I believe the training regimen and culture at Harris Doors is first class. I would unhesitatingly deal with them again whenever the need for doors should arise."
