"Just when things are looking up, the garage door isn't and suddenly it does not want to work or manually lift. A colleague at work recommend Harris and gave me the conatct info. I called and the gentleman (sorry cannot remember his name said I think we could get to you this afternoon if you could be available. Absolutely! I told him I could be home after 1:30. Shortly after 1:30 Trenton called and said he was a few minutes away. The assesment was two broken springs. Trenton told me the price(very reasonable) and was done within 40 minutes as well as some lubrication and adjustments for good measure.
